WelcomeThis site records the antics and restaurant reviews of the MK Curry Club as they work their way through the review of all the curry houses, in and around Milton Keynes. The club is comprised from a carefully selected range of individuals, each of whom has some speciality or experience to bring to the curry review process. Membership of the club is strictly by invitation only. The site is updated on a regular basis so if you like curry visit us every now and then to find out the latest news. 2008 VenuesNow available on the venues page. MK Curry Club "Juniors"After three years we've finally given in to the unreasonable demands of our offspring and submitted to their request for a Juniors meeting. The venue was the Indian Cottage in Newport Pagnell where we joined the kids for a Sunday buffet. Adults £7.50 a head and children up to 10 free. See what the Juniors made of this. Local InterestNow running for two years, the views of the club are used as a benchmark by the local curry restauranteurs. Results of our visits are eagerly anticipated and the reviews are widely referenced in the local press.
Common CurryOne of the criticisms from last year was the "Value for Money" score that goes toward the final overall score. To make this assessment less subjective we have created the concept of the "Common Curry". This is contains a basket of common items that make up a fairly standard meal. We aim to provide this information across all reviewed restaurants to provide an objective comparison of which restaurants provide better or worse value for money. Contact InformationIf you would like to contact us regarding any aspect of the club please e-mail or telephone on the number below. We would particularly like to hear from any curry house that would like to invite us to their restaurant.
